How to find a participating Delta Dental provider:

  1. Click here for the Delta Dental provider search.
  2. Under “Select your Network” choose DeltaCare.

How to find a participating MetLife Dental provider:

  1. Click here for the provider search.
  2. Next to  “Choose your Network” choose PDP.
  3. Enter your Zip Code and click “Find a Dentist”.

How to find a participating MetLife Vision provider:

  1. Click here for the provider search.
  2. Select “Davis Vision by MetLife.
  3. Enter your location information and click “Search Now”.
